At the end of a long work day or a beautiful Sunday morning I always
look forward to my Yoga classes! I know it will release my stress from
sitting at a desk, tension from lifting weights and a great sense of
calmness and harmony! For some yoga can be very spiritual or they may
follow a religion through Yoga...I am wanting to know from everyone
what is yoga too you?...What does it bring into your life?

I'm a Support Worker, & my job can be emotionally demanding. I find that yoga helps me shut my mind off, focus on me, & just relax (while also getting a kickass workout). If I don't take time for me in the way yoga allows, I don't feel I as am strong as I should be for others.
