Three Yoga poses I love to practice to compliment my running.

  1. Pigeon - Targets all the major muscles used while running. Try variations such as folding left or right instead of forward.
  2. Crescent Lunge - To stretch my oh so tight hip flexors.
  3. Frog - Deep groin opener.
