You never know where inspiration will come from. This week it came from @sarademizio  who Tweeted: Strong is the new skinny!

Can you imagine the positive impact this statement could have if people believed it? Yogi Bhajan once said “They say in real estate only three things work: Location, location, and location. And in human life, only three things work: strength, strength and strength.”

He speaks of three different strengths, physical, mental and spiritual. How can we enhance each?

  1. Physical strength: Exercising, eating a clean and balanced diet, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep and rest.
  2. Mental strength: Meditating, having a positive attitude, trying new things, choosing better feeling thoughts, relaxing, inspiring and being inspired, being of service.
  3. Spiritual strength: Love. Love is an energy that energizes us and flows through us. Love makes us feel greater than we think we are. It can be love for a person, a cause, your work, anything! Share it and accept it.

Strong is the new skinny! Believe it and notice how it transforms your life and and those who surround you.
