Ingredients:
2 cups of 6 types of beans (or whatever beans you prefer)
1 can of corn
1 cup of cooked or soaked wild rice
10 chopped grape tomatoes
2 thin slices of red onion – chopped

Dressing:
Vega EFA Antioxidant Oil
Lemon juice
Agave nectar
Pink salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit over night. Recipe created by the lovely Loan

You could use extra virgin olive oil with grape seed oil or coconut oil with a extra dash of lemon juice.

what would you substitute for the EFA oil? I'm having a hard time finding those oils even at my local co-op. Grape seed? EVO? Sesame?

Fresh or frozen corn would be better than canned, but this looks yummy.
