Hello Vega Community!

 

I just wanted to share that I finished my mega vega smoothie. It included whole food optimizer, sport performance optimizer, maca powder, strawberries, raspberries, banana, and orange juice. Today I got complete protein, fiber, antioxidants, probiotics & enzymes, increased my mental & motor performance, and replenished my electrolyes.

Every morning: 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup 100% orange juice, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen mangoes, 1 banana, chopped ginger, 1/2 a lemon, (approx.) 1 tablespoon of ground cacao nibs, (approx.) 4 teaspoons of spirulina, 2 tablespoons freshly ground flaxseed.  Blend.  Serves two large glasses--one for me and another for my wife.  I love this smoothie.
