Awesome sequence Tania! I love that you incorporated the inhale/exhale cues as well. I just saw that you will be leading a class at the SimplyRaw Festival, I'll see you there! :)

Thank you so much for this. For all of the years I have spent practicing yoga or as a gym rat, I have never received the proper guidance and instruction on when and for how long to breath in or out. Generally I knew to inhale and exhale evenly, but now it is less of a guessing game.
