VegaTeam is honoured to share with you that our company - Sequel Naturals - was recognized as one of BC’s Top 55 Employers for 2011! The list, referred to as “BC’s Cream of the Crop Employers”, was recently published in The Vancouver Sun, BC’s largest newspaper. Click here, to read the complete 14-page spread.

What does it mean to be named one of BC’s Top Employers?

This special designation recognizes the British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Each year, the editorial team at Canada’s Top 100 Employers competition methodically assess employers across the country, based on the following 8 criteria:

• Work atmosphere and social;
• Health, financial and family benefits;
• Vacation and time off;
• Employee communications;
• Performance management;
• Training and skills development; and
• Community involvement.

Sequel was acknowledged for a series of employee benefits, including our commitment to ongoing employee development through education assistance – which is a VegaTeam favourite. We were also acknowledged as a “green” employer, with our environmentally-friendly office space. This is a prestigious recognition and one that we hope will help us further attract top talent, as we continue to expand our team!
