For the month of March I have been focusing on attracting vitality. So I am going to give you a very simple tip on how you can attract vitality in a busy lifestyle. I am going to break it down into various steps, making it easy to follow!
1. Turn of lights, facebook, twitter, laptop, ipod, t.v, radio, and electronic devices (this insures that you are far far away from all the sound and noise of the outside world)
2. Open up a window
3. Let the sun shine in, rain trickle outside, wind blow through the window and the warm or cold air take over the air in the room
4. Now just relax for 15 minutes and block out the world
This may sound super simple however it is essential to restoring vitality in today's busy world. We often forget the simplicity of nature and how powerful it can be to bringing our body's back to vitality.
