I manage stress by:
1. getting sunlight (at least 10 minutes per day)
2. exercising (at least 30 minutes every 2 days)
3. getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night
4. not sleeping during the day
5. never eating frozen dinners, fast food, or refined sugary sweets
6. doing what I love, managing my business,
