How I attract Vitality

The last week of every December I take a vacation and shut myself in the house and do a self-evaluation. This is the time I seek the Lord and review my life and see where I am wasting time and effort. After 2010 year review I realized that there is a lot of opportunities for change and growth. I removed a lot of time wasting activities out of my life and my focus has been geared towards my health, family, friends and being debt free. I have learned in this season of my life that I attract vitality when I wake up every morning at 3:20am and spend a tithe of my day in prayer trusting the direction of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
