How do you achieve balance in life? Is it a final destination or a daily battle? How far can you extend 24/7 while maintaining health and sanity? I feel as though when one area of my life is coming into focus others are falling by the wayside. Do you have to prioritize or can you really have it all? Do it all? See it all? Be it all?

I agree with Victoria. We all create are own pain by expecting things to be a certain way and when they don't it causes pain. Practice to just let thing happen and throw interpetation into the mix. Become one with all that happens.....It does sound corny and I myself have a hard time with it. Don't let it get to you, eat health, stay actiive.
