I really, really love the Vanilla Almondiia flavor. Cannot believe some you mix in water can taste so great without altering it! Way to go team...can't wait to try the other flavors.

I think that I'll use the Shake and Go as an after school snack, especially on days that I'm coaching after school. I was starving by the end of our girls soccer game last night. Shake and Go would be perfect for game days! :)

Hi All,
First time posting. I am planning on using Vega Shake & Go Smoothies as a morning snack. I hope to kill those morning cravings that have me in Starbucks every morning at 10am for a coffee and some sugar.

I cant wait to use this new product. A few times a weak I substitute my regular breakfast for a smoothie, usually when I plan on a morning run, this will save me time and energy. Moreover, I can put my confidence in vega, because I enjoy the whole food optimizer as a meal replacement when I travel.

So...you don't need a shaker cup? Amazing!!!! Yeah thats great b/c I carry so much w/ me & this 'Shake & Go Smoothie' will be a convienient way to procure a healthy dose of nutrients while in school + training.. It is nice to finally have a product like this so you can be assured to have access to healthy choices :)) NICE!!!!
