Day UNO!

So today, I went to Goodness Me, I MADE my first step to a hopefully successful lifestyle change. I bought my first Vega products....well the sample size ones. A) I am so new at this I have never had a meal replacement drink or a drink for before workouts, list goes on. B) I am praying I will LOVE LOVE them and find many unique ways to use the products. Anywho, so I am going to make some fun con-cauctions..spelling? idk...next life style change will be to read the dictionary....HA!........
