1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup dinosaur/black kale

3 small strips dulse

2 tbsp raw almond butter

1/2 tbsp cacao nibs

2 tbsp EFA oil blend

a dash of agave nectar

1 cup water

 

Blend.  It's ugly, but it's tasty, and it's full of good stuff.

I use pea protein.  It's the next best thing, so far as I can tell.

Hope it works out.  I get pretty ill with the blender most of the time, and I never judge a smoothie by it's looks.  I've seen some pretty good looking smoothies that tasted horrible.
