If I were rushed for time getting out the door for work (which is typical) I could just grab this and go, or leave a packet at work. Also, what I great pike-me-up snack. I feel so much better using Vega products and having given up caffeine and other junk foods. I am also happy to say that my desire to do fun types of exercise has returned. Being properly nourished makes all the difference on energy levels.

I will love taking these along in my bag to work, in the car to have handy anytime and to give a great snack to my elders who can really be picky about what they snack on!! A perfect addition to my life; as a Thai massage therapist, I can use the extra protein and something light between clients is a bonus when you don't have time to eat. It will fit right in with my vegan mostly raw diet too!

I do lots of camping trips so its very difficult to maintain a mostly raw, grain/meat free diet when you have no fridge, blender, juicer, food processor and you have to CARRY everything. Oh well, i'll have to test it out on the next big trip!
