1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup dinosaur/black kale
3 small strips dulse
2 tbsp raw almond butter
1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp EFA oil blend
a dash of agave nectar
1 cup water
Blend. It's ugly, but it's tasty, and it's full of good stuff.
