  1. dropped soy & wheat as much as possible, I think my gut has become sensitive to the stuff;
  2. rare cup of coffee;

Yoga is like Yogurt?

A yoga teacher once said that Yoga is like yogurt. To make yogurt you take warm milk then you add a bit of yogurt to the milk, after a while the culture expands and the milk and yogurt become One. Yoga means union, union of the mind, body and spirit. Yoga and meditation help us expand who we are into the world and thrive.

Our practice on the mat serves us well off the mat. What we practice we become.
