No Bake Brownies

The brownie universe isn’t exactly full of surprises. Ani Phyo's Strawberry Kream Cheezecake

We substituted flax seed for lecithin powder and blueberries for strawberries. Note: the filling will need to firm up in fridge for 1-2 hours. It only took 1 hr for ours. We assembled the cheezecake as we ate each piece for longer storage.



Crust

1 cup almond meal

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup pitted Medjool or other semi-soft dates…
