Vega lets me enjoy smoothies again!

As a full time fitness trainer, I have to eat. A lot. It's gotten to the point that I see food mainly as fuel instead of something to be enjoyed. Thankfully I have a partner who's an amazing cook who reminds me sometimes of the latter.

Strength Training for Endurance Athletes: Part 2 of 3



Compare two runners who are equal in all respects except for muscular strength and the stronger one will be faster over any distance.
