If you can't get to the gym or studio for a great workout and a great yoga class, give my latest power yoga flow a try at home!…

One of those random times when I make a smoothie out of whatever is left in the fridge. Usually I'm antithetical to this type of meal creation, seeing how the smoothies normally made are carefully measured and combined with synergistic and purpose driven ingredients.
Well, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 just came out so whatever!…

Yesterday, I added Maca (Red Primium quality, but not gelatinized) in my pre (Workout) smoothie. The result was that I got higher a clearly noticable heart rate than im used to during my workout. At one time I actually had to stop up and sit for a while, because it was getting way too much.
As I have read Maca should be used post workout instead, but are pretty curious about the effects it had on me.
-Anybody in here who has experinced the same?

British distance-running champion Mo Farah may effort an overconfident 10,000m and marathon double at the Rio Olympics. Farah won 5,000m and 10,000m gold in London this summer, a achievement that sees him join a list of Olympic reserve greats that includes Emile Zatopek, Lasse Viren and Kenenisa Bekele. But his coach says he is unlikely to try to defend that double in 2016.…
