Winter Workout

We simply like to go for walks. I love how the sun reflects off the snow and the air is so crisp and fresh. We go to the river bottom and just enjoy nature as it is. I love winter.

Portable Yoga

Local Yoga teacher and founder of Capital Yoga Publishing Jamine Ackert, is helping Yoga teachers "get noticed" in the digital world.



A few month's ago I contacted Jamine to create a Yoga App.

I was really impressed with quality of her staff and services. The process was fun and easy. I now have two yoga Apps Yoga with Tania and Happy Hips Yoga.

Vega Sport Performance Optimizer during a race.

I use the Vega Sport Performance Optimizer (that's a mouthful so I'm just going to call it Vega Sport from now on) regularly before my workouts. I love it! During my long runs I always carry a bottle on me. While I was training for my most recent half marathon, I relied on my Vega Sport to help me reach my distance goals. For a half marathon I think it's perfect. If I was doing a marathon I'd want to take something more with me, but for 21 km the Vega Sport does the trick.

day one & two of thrive diet

After reading Brandon Braizer's Thrive 30 info, I mention to my boyfriend about his book and diet plan because he used to buy vega optimal health powder. My boyfriend said that he had the book that he had yet to read and gave it to me. I started reading but not complete yet!
