Losing my hair - anyone else have that problem?

Hello everyone,

I am not necessarily new to the vegan world but I went vegan about a year ago without doing any research - which of course was not a good idea, all I knew is that i didn't want to consume any animal products so so I stopped cold turkey. Probably not the best thing to do, but recently I have really been concentrating on educating myself.
