Getting the most out of my diet....

I have been eating Vegan/and about 95% raw since Jan 1 2011.  I learn a little at a time.  Currently, most of my diet is liquid. 



I am loving juicing!  I juice everything...almost.   I noticed that spinach, romaine and kale produce less juice.  I continue to juice kale...but I have been making my shakes with spinach so I might get more out of it...and just use romaine for salads.  Is this silly...or am I doing a good thing.
