My daughter has discovered Pineapple, so we have been eating quite a bit of it lately and its really good this time of year. Not too acidic. Its a wonderful fruit!

Through many offices and day to day stress at work many people forget to eat or have healthy nutrition. For some this can be hard to do with time constrants and everything else going on in our lives! Hi, I am training for my first Ironman Triathlon and would like to use the energy bars and gels for training and racing. I was just hoping to get more detail of the nutritional breakdown, in particular Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat content, in the energy bars in your book The Thrive Diet. Hello, I am wondering what can be done to lower chloesterol levels. My Mother recently went to the doctor for some blood tests, and the doctor informed her that her cholesterol levels where high and she need to take the dreaded Lipitor.
