Tell us a little more about yourself
I love to run. Mostly run to train and race to improve my training. I always call myself a "dancer who runs, not a runner who dances". I run a very "middle of the pack" pace, but at 40 years old, I still look forward to trying to get faster. Pilates and Yoga keep me relatively injury free (knock on wood), and my wish to to be running till the ripe old age of 90 (or so).
