Hey! my name is margaret
-i have been a vegetarian ever since i was 9 (long story behind that one) and i have been on and off of being vegan for the past two years..but i feel this lifestyle is for me
-I am a nurse, love this profession
-i love yoga
-I meditate
-I try and cook to the best of my ability.. want to learn more
-next year i hope to train for an event preferably a charity

-I want to meet a whole bunch of awesome veg heads and get involved more in the vegan/vegetarian community

The China Study is the most comprehensive body of work around dairy and meat. I was amazed that Dairy acutally is more cancer causing than meat! Although both are lower level nutrients, Plants are Superior Nutrition! GO Vegan!
