they are so useful i find! i got sum full spectrum lightbulbs at canadian tire. they were super cheap and it really does brighten up the room and being in it for some time in the morning has made a difference

Hey! my name is margaret
-i have been a vegetarian ever since i was 9 (long story behind that one) and i have been on and off of being vegan for the past two years..but i feel this lifestyle is for me
-I am a nurse, love this profession
-i love yoga
-I meditate
-I try and cook to the best of my ability.. want to learn more
-next year i hope to train for an event preferably a charity

-I want to meet a whole bunch of awesome veg heads and get involved more in the vegan/vegetarian community

The China Study is the most comprehensive body of work around dairy and meat. I was amazed that Dairy acutally is more cancer causing than meat! Although both are lower level nutrients, Plants are Superior Nutrition! GO Vegan!
