I am very pleased having the honor of meeting all you lovely vegan people , thanks pcrm for contributing such a dynamic site, since I have been into heavy exercises for quite some time am really thrilled getting to know vegan athletes and their nutrition, some of my favorite sports are brisk walking,jogging and martial arts (kung fu) I had been referring to so many vegan books and sites when it comes to Iron and calcium, my issue is some days I walk for 20 kilometers, I'm not sure how much Iron would I need the same with calcium
