- Tell us a little more about yourself
- In my fortys and wake up on morning and realized I was not truely happy with myself I let the weight creep up and I was always sore so I wanted to make a life style change and so I started in Aug. 2011 with changing my diet and making myself move and I have lost 28 pounds feel great and staying to love myself. Just recently I started a running program and realized how much I enjoy it and that is when I found Brendon and the Vega website and I am so happy I did. Know I need to focus more I have about 15 more pounds and I want to build muscle. So I am here looking for guidence.
