I was on the Kind life website by Alicia Silverstone and came accross a posting about nutrition for training and saw someone mention Vega. Then I researched what I could and found Brendan's books.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I am a vegan fitmama!! Acutally I am a Mama of 4 who teaches Yoga and kickboxing and I also am currently taining for a half marathon. I was a meat eater most of my life but always wanted to live kinder and not eat meat. I never succeeded because I knew nothing about nutrition at the time. As an adult and group fitness instructor I know more now. Also particpated in PCRM's kickstart.
