- I am Vega's Communications gal at head office outside beautiful Vancouver, BC. I started with Sequel in February 2009. Love my job! I work with a great group of people and love that what I do helps people become healthier. Outside work, I love hiking, running, and biking with my family. I'm a part-time fitness instructor and this summer I'm doing my first triathlon. Wish me luck!

I've been guest writing at other online mags and doing my column as Honolulu Vegan Lifestyle Examiner. I've been able to meet some great people researching and learning more about diet impacting environment. It's been so great!
So, if I've been a bit MIA that's why. But, I love this place. It's my favorite community hands down.
