I travel a lot and it was a good way to have nutrition in the morning that was vegan and easy when I did not have my blender and/or a refrigerator for a fresh smoothie. I do also add it to my smoothie sometimes when I am working out etc.

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and I help professionals who are overwhelmed with increasing weight and health costs, decreased energy, sleep and mood to take back their health and their life by incorporating the healing properties of whole plant nutrition. I enjoy running, yoga, running, walking and traveling. I teach plant-based nutrition classes, cooking classes and workshops. I also work with clients on an individual private basis. I am passionate about what I do and about teaching as many people as possible the benefits of plant based nutrition.
