Favorite Vega Product: Whole Food Health Optimizer

How did you discover Vega?: Well, I made a trip to my local Goodness Me Market, in search for a healthy supplement of some kind. I was looking and asked an associate, "what do you think of this product?" Compared to Natures Harvest. She said though both are GREAT products, Vega is our best selling when it comes to this type of product. I compared, read a lot, looked at other products and found Vega to be the best.

Tell us a little more about yourself: Well, I am a 29 year old female, with a husband and two small children. I am currently at the worst health of my life. With that being said I am incredibly over weight and I feel so unhealthy. I am tired all the time, no energy, out of breath....the list goes on. However, I have the best intentions at getting healthy, not only for myself but for my family. I work about 45 hours a week and rarely have time for myself, I figured its time to give a darn. I used to be athletic...swam for the city, played competative tennis, could dance my heart out. I wouldn't last 2 min now. Hopefully, your products will assist me in my new journey. :)

Day UNO!

So today, I went to Goodness Me, I MADE my first step to a hopefully successful lifestyle change. I bought my first Vega products....well the sample size ones. A) I am so new at this I have never had a meal replacement drink or a drink for before workouts, list goes on. B) I am praying I will LOVE LOVE them and find many unique ways to use the products.
