How did you discover Vega?
Went vegetarian (lacto-ovo) and decided to go further making two out of three meals a day raw vegan. I found "Thrive" and it has been my vegan bible.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I used to be 245lbs. until I went vegetarian and semi-vegan. I am now down to 168 lbs. having full energy I love riding my road bike and running.
