I'm a mother of an 8 1/2 year old and a freelance marketing professional. In 2010, I quit the corporate world to spend more time with my son, repair my health and live with passion.
I have several food allergies (beef, wheat and soy) and even more food sensitivities. I've been battling to keep weight on most of my life.
Exercise is almost daily thing for me (run 3x a week, weight train 2x a week and activities with my son such as basketball) , helps keep muscle mass and is my way of releasing stress. But, I struggle to eat enough calories burned from exercise plus needed to get me through the day. Other nutritionists have but me on diets where I literally have to eat all day and feel bloated and sick from eating so much.
Looking for help and advice to eating and feeling healthier.
