I'm a very active person...biking, trail running, climbing, canoeing, etc. but for a long time I always felt really tired and wasn't sure why. One day a friend mentioned how awesome the Thrive Diet book was and feeling incredibly burnt out I called in sick to work and spent the whole day making a bunch of the recipes from the book. Within a few days I had more energy then I could remember ever having, I was off coffee completely and I felt good and awake again. I was hooked and have been ever since!!
