Warrior Dash

Last month me and some friends I met at Bonnaroo decided to check out Warrior Dash in Charlotte NC.  It is a 3.5 mile obstacle course with ropes, mud, tire course and lots of fun.  They travel all over the US so you can check the website at www.warriordash.com.  I had one of the Vega energy bars before the race and recovered quickly with the WFHO.  There are pictures of the event on my blog, feel free to check them out!
