When I became vegatarian I was looking for a protein replacement at a health food store, and that is the first product I found.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I became a vegetarian about 6 years ago, and eventually became more strict over the past few years cutting out all animal based products. I consume a plant based diet, and am also a raw food enthusiast. I weight train 6 days a week, and find that my frame is smaller, but I have the same strength as my "whey protein" days. My goal is to inspire, by example, how life can be enhanced on a plant based diet.
