Through my yoga teacher training, I was also trained in nutrition, with an emphasis on Vegan eating, and many of the resources I have come to lean on lead to you....books or products, etc....
Tell us a little more about yourself
I am a professional singer/dancer and a 200 RYT yoga teacher. I am not a Vegan, but I aim to eat either vegetarian or Vegan about 80 to 90 percent of the time...I would like to be full-fledged, but I am not quite there yet. I love to be active and eat healthy foods, as well as taking in only healthy spiritual things! I am constantly amazed by how God's gifts manifest themselves in my life...how wonderful His natural foods are...and how when I let other things creep in, I start to get a bit anesthetized if I am not careful...but it is great, how once you get back on track, it just feels right!!!!
