How did you discover Vega?: Through Health Quest, Salmon Arm

Tell us a little more about yourself: April 22, 2004 the doctor told me I'm pre-diabetic and said I could either diet and exercise or I can start taking prescription drugs. I decided to diet and exercise. That's when I learned about VEGA. I've been using VEGA ever since then and keeping active too. Now, after seven years, I am trim, fit, healthy and continuing to learn from Brendan with the Thrive in 30 video segments. At 52 years old I look and feel like I'm 35 - thanks to VEGA!

In my last blog post I talked about how my missionary work in Pamparomas Peru was powered by VEGA. That was over 4 months ago now and I thought you should get an update.

Since arriving, I've lost weight and gained strength. The last time I weighed myself I was at 76 Kg or 167 lbs. That's a little over 10 Kg or 22 lbs lost within the first two months in Peru. I still start every morning with a VEGA Health Optimizer shake. The rest of my meals are mostly raw…

Proposed Business - Remote Computer Instruction - approved

Hurray! I made it through stage 1 of the business plan, the concept stage. For me that means I get a lot of help to complete the business plan, 10 weeks to prepare, then if things go well, the business will start in early September.
