Peggy I was wondering what are your thoughts on food combining.   I have been trying to follow the food combining rules, but find it is not always easy.  One rule is to eat fruit by itself,  I notice Brendan's recipes don't follow this rule.  What are your thoughts on fruits and grains and other foods eaten togethers?

I am hoping to try to conceive again after recently miscarrying.  I eat a lot of the vega products and was wondering if I can continue to safely consume them while pregnant?  I really enjoy Vega's new product Vega one! Would this be ok eating while pregnant?  Any help with this would be great, thanks!
