Peggy I was wondering what are your thoughts on food combining. I have been trying to follow the food combining rules, but find it is not always easy. One rule is to eat fruit by itself, I notice Brendan's recipes don't follow this rule. What are your thoughts on fruits and grains and other foods eaten togethers?
I am hoping to try to conceive again after recently miscarrying. I eat a lot of the vega products and was wondering if I can continue to safely consume them while pregnant? I really enjoy Vega's new product Vega one! Would this be ok eating while pregnant? Any help with this would be great, thanks!
