Hello my Vega Community friends,
Over the past few months many of you have asked me questions directly and indirectly relating to how you can strengthen your core. Below are videos I have taken from a series called "STOP with the CRUNCHES Already"…

The time has come for you to get fit and shed that unwelcome body fat. Or perhaps you want to add some size to your frame, or train for an
athletic event, such as a half marathon. At this point, I always
recommend seeking out the help of a professional personal trainer or
strength and conditioning coach to get you started off on the right
foot.

Hi Nathan! Thx for the add :) . Hope your new center is coming along well. I enjoyed all your personal blogs and articles. I hope we can keep in touch since my career path resembles what you have reached thus far.
Happy New Year!
Rich
thanks for the video and info. I am definitely going to work now on creating a warm up routine that really works for me. I used to do wrestling, have done yoga for six years (even lived with yogis) so this should be easy.
Surprising though that I really neglect the warm up and don't really like it.
So, how much do you weigh in this current picture? Sometime ago you told me you weighed 125 pounds (in the previous picture you had up) and it is very hard to believe because my body does not have the same definition as yours nor the same muscular look yet my LBM is 127 with 11% bf.
You have alot of good advice in the forums so I thought you would be the best person to ask regarding a fitness question I have. I'm training for a half marathon, my third one of the year and fifth one to date, but I'm hoping to get my best time which of course takes alot more effort. I know that recovery after workout is essential in muscle building and heard that lactate buildup in your muscles is what causes soreness the next day. I also heard that soreness is when your muscle tissues breakdown and grow stronger (hence the need for the proper post-workout food to assist with recovery). Which statement is correct? Any advice you have would be much appreciated. :)
