Hmmmm I've been eating mostly vegan for a few months now, i've been vegetarian for about a year, so I'm really starting to get the hang of it! I would say the biggest difference in my workouts and performance has been adding shakeology into my diet--it has given me a ton of energy to get through my workouts! Other than that, eat a variety of whole foods--don't fall into the trap many vegetarians do of eating junk--stick with whole foods, lots of veggies and you'll be solid =)
