I know spicy food is not really apart of the Alkaline diet, but I love spicy salsa and thai food. I try to balance with greens (as i make spicy greens or stirfrys). Does spicy food have to do with any joint health. I am a fitness instructor teaching 8-10 classes a week. My joints hurt more and more. I do not like taking Acetaminophen all of the time. I am 26, female please help :)
