- How did you discover Vega?
- To be honest I can't remember. I went vegetarian and did a lot of research and Vega came up as a product a lot of people were using so I gave it a shot. Have been using them ever since.
- Tell us a little more about yourself
- I am a 26 year old lab technician currently living in Nelson, BC. I became involved in vegetarianism a little over 2 years ago from a good friend of mine and I haven't looked back . I am really into fitness as well and love to workout and play outdoors. I have my BSc. in Biology and hope to apply soon to become a naturopathic doctor at the school in New Westminster, BC.

April Challenge- No more plastic Bags plus more green smoothies
Happy Earth Month!
I am already using cloth shopping bags to carry my groceries but I buy a lot of items in bulk from my local coop and I seem to bring home more baggies every month. So, my plan this month (and from now on) is to carry all the little bulk bags with me when I go to the store. If I run out of my baggies, I'll come back later in the week once I've emptied some bags. The store is 5 minutes from my house so there really is no excuse. The next item on my Earth Month…
