Favorite Vega Product: The bars

How did you discover Vega?: Through Bob Harper

Tell us a little more about yourself: I love running. Everything about running; the mind body connection, being in nature, challenging myself to excel. It all invigorates me. I was in a car accident a little over a year ago and I had to learn and trust the healing process. I am now building my running base back up on the track at the gym and plan on doing a few half and a full marathon in 2011.
I am also taking courses to become certified as a personal trainer so I am constantly reading up on fitness studies and nutrition.
