How did you discover Vega?: Actor Christopher Gorham posted a picture of Vega Chocolate Performance Protein on Twitter; given the state of his abs, Vega was worth investigating and I was off and running with Vega protein powders!

Tell us a little more about yourself: I am a type 2 diabetic (family history), clinically obese for my entire adult life (EXCEPT during and immediately following pregnancy, go figure), a motorcycle rider, knitter and student of nutrition and exercise, recently motivated by marriage to (finally) the man of my dreams to begin practicing what I've learned over a 59-year lifetime. (Turns out my mother was correct about diet and nutrition after all. Nothing else, but about food? Good job, Mom.)
