I love raw food and teaching people how to slowly change what they are eating to improve their lives. I have created a Web site to do just that at www.thegreensmoothiechallenge.com and I am a health coach!
"Your relationship to food is an unexpected path to almost everything. It is a doorway, not a wall, an opening, not a closing. All that you believe about love, change, joy and possibility is revealed in how, when and what you eat. The world is on your plate." - Geneen…
thank you, Mariah! I eat a mostly raw diet, so I get my fats from avocados & nuts. I process dates & nuts with other flavourings to make cookies :) I didn't know that these were okay on the green smoothie challenge...I guess I HAVE been following it, then :D
Hi Maria! You commented before on my blog post for a Mexican Pina Colada Smoothie, & told me about your green smoothie challenge. Since then, I've been focusing a lot on veggie sticks, green smoothies & fruit! I don't have much weight on me, so it's hard for me to stick with JUST produce (I need quite a bit of fat to maintain my weight), but I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin, hair, & energy levels from making green smoothies & veggies more of a priority :) Thank you!! I will be recommending your site to family, friends, & my blog followers. Take care!
