I think the best time to workout is the best time to fit your schedule. I recommend picking a time that works and scheduling it into your day like an appointment then you have the time set aside and are less likely to get sidetracked.

- I'm an 18 year old university student who has always been interested in health and being the best person I can be. I've been vegetarian for a year, vegan for a month. I am always looking for ways to improve myself and am finally starting to get serious about exercising. I have a strong passion for life and usually find myself in a genuinely, sometimes deliriously, happy state of mind.
