How I Attract Vitality

The method I use for mental Spring cleaning is quite simple: I go off-line. For a week.

 

Now this takes quite a bit of gumption as for me it's a source of income (I do graphic design).  However, aside from it being money in my pocket, it's a source of communication, education, and relaxation.  I also converse with friends about politics, plan events, and (these days) regularly inform my family that I'm fine (I live in Gifu, Japan).

Coming Out Vegan

This story is short, simple and straightforward.
