I've only tried Vega One but looking forward to trying many others!
How did you discover Vega?
I discovered Vega at a local health food store but was already farmiliar with Brendan Brazier's Thrive Diet book which I am currently in the process of reading.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I have been a vegetarian and dairy-free for about 2 and a half years now because I've found that this style of eating resonates well with my body. I am now looking to transition towards a diet that cuts down on processed foods so that I can feel more healthy and energized as I adopt a more active lifestyle including running and yoga. In the coming weeks, I will begin my own personal challenge to adopt the Thrive Diet for 3 months and am excited to see how it goes!
